We have two reoccuring questions on most tickets. One is when are the SIMs for GSM being shipped and the other is I submitted for an actiavtion for my CDMA and I have not receive the email with my GM1 number.

SIMS: For GSM orders only:We had a printing error on our first batch of several thousand SIMs. We have had this error corrected and SIMs began being shipped on the Friday Nov 27th. We will continue to ship out current orders Monday and will have all order caught up mid week. We now have multiple printers online and this shipping time should be reduced significantly


If you ordered CDMA and have not received service yet and you did not receive an email with your new mobile number and a link there is a problem as we have done multiple 1000s of sucessful activations for GM1 service, or your phone is showing a low balance as this is the temp service we issued until your phone has completed activation on GM1,
this means your phone or ESN is locked with another carrier or it is with another carrier other than Verizon or Alltel or you are trying to active a EMEI number which is a GSM handset, or you entered the wrong ESN, Hex, or DEC Number.
Call the carrier it is currently with to get it unlocked. If it is with a non Verizon carrier, it must be manually activated. This form will be up this week in all members back office to fill out and pay for a manual activation. This will cost 14.99 as manual activations can take upto an hour to do and we have to pay our staff to do these.
please check the new order form instructions and look for this form to go up very soon
If you are porting your exsisting number please note: this number must be free from all contracts and any payments to current carrier, if it is under contract or monies owed to your current carrier, you could be charged a fee from this carrier when number is ported to GM1

Once proper forms are completed all actiavtions and phone is working then send in another ticket so we can credit funds from original activation

Hello e-Associates,

Currently only Global Verge e-Associates can purchase Global Moble1 service. I apologize that yesterday’s email to you did not make this specific statement. Because it was not specifically detailed in my email to you yesterday I wanted to make sure that I brought this to your attention now.

I mentioned in my note that when you attempt to place an order you will immediately get a page of instructions that require you to acknowledge that you have read and understand them. At the very top of these instructions it states that only Global Verge e-Associates can purchase the GM1 service.

Current sales are temporarily limited to Global Verge associates until we can provide training to all GV members who want to sell to retail customers. Our e-Associates must be able to demonstrate a basic level of knowledge about our cellular products and services so they can provide support to their retail customers. This is necessary to protect our Master Agent agreements so all our associates have the opportunity to buy and sell cellular products for many years in the future. It is important for everyone to understand that every e-Associate marketing cell plans and phones to retail customers is considered a cell phone agent. This has never been done in direct marketing before. We are breaking new ground and must proceed cautiously to preserve our agent agreements and marketing advantage.

We are developing two levels of training and certification. One is a Level One Basic Training and Certification. By completing this training an e-Associate will be GM1 certified to market cellular plans and products on-line and through regular marketing channels. This training will be available on line and at regional events. The second level of training is a Level Two Pro Training and certification. This training is specifically for associates wanting to open physical retail outlets and will be available at regional events.

There will be a Level One Basic and Level Two Pro Training mid December in Lees Summit Mo. Details about these two trainings will be announced and posted this coming Thursday. Shortly after this first Level One Basic Training and certification, Level One training will be available online for GV active members. Because of the in-depth training and evaluation required, Level Two Pro Trainings will only be offered at live regional events and will not be available online. Details will be announced soon.

I am sure you realize that it is imperative that we comply with all necessary requirements to preserve this opportunity for everyone now and in the future.

We are working on the details now and look forward to releasing specific information on our Thursday call and in our GV back office.
