If you listened to last night’s Tuesday update call you heard the exciting announcements about our commission payout structure for GlobalMobile1.
The commission details are located in the back office of your replicated site. You can find this information by clicking on FAQ and then scrolling down on the left to GlobalMobile1 Commissions.
Also under the FAQ section under Global Talk Smart you will see that we have added videos that explain all the intricacies of our VOIP product. We will be continually adding back office updates so that you can rely on your website to give you the information you need to manage your business.
For Canada, South Africa and Australia we have our VOIP product ready for you and you should be able to order your service by no later than the beginning of next week. We are focusing on bringing additional membership amenities to you as well. We will keep you updated with that as we have them solidified.
I know you are all anxiously awaiting the news on our GlobalMobile1 launch. Stay tuned for exciting announcements tomorrow. We have been ramping up for this moment and we can see that you have been too. The number of new e-Associates that have been coming in over the last two weeks is a strong indication to us of how hard you are all working in the field. Congratulations on your efforts. It has been a very long weekend here at Corporate. As you know we have been expecting to have our GlobalMobile1 site up so that you and your customers can begin placing orders for service. Obviously the site is still not active.
I wanted to give you an update so that you would know exactly where we are. There are two things that have been holding us up:
1. A transaction key is required in order to activate our merchant account for the site.
2. We have been programming the codes that activate each of the six plans that you and your customers will be able to purchase from the CDMA/GSM site. This is a very complicated process and has taken longer than expected. .
Another complication is that we got to this point during the weekend and our vendors are not open on the weekend. Our plan is to have all merchant and programming issues resolved today. Then we will test and tweak our sites on Tuesday. We expect to announce on our Tuesday night call that we are live.

I am sending this notification to you to let you know that the Global Mobile1 Basic Training that was to be held in Lee’s Summit, MO on December 19th has been changed to an online training only.
We have had hundreds of inquiries about the training. However, with the holiday season and air fare costs it was going to be prohibitive for many of you at this time. Therefore, we have decided to provide this training online and offer it to everyone that would like to attend. Further details about this Basic training will be discussed on the Tuesday night corporate call.
Also, on Tuesday night’s call we will have specifics on the Global Mobile1 Level 2 training for those interested in setting up a Kiosk and those that are interested in opening a brick and mortar store.
It is a very exciting time that we are in and we are trying to accommodate as many e-Associates as possible. We know that you are all anxious to get trained as soon as possible.

Reseller Training and Study Guide: We have created a Global Verge University where we will host all information and the knowledgebase for all Global Verge products and services. The team is working very hard to get this out. We have attempted to make it easy to understand and follow.
This new online reseller exam for basic training will reside at www.gvuniversity.com
The site is up. However, there is just one small issue with the software provider that we are resolving so that we can have the training live by the end of today.
We are also finalizing a Study Guide for the reseller exam and certification. This exam will be available by mid week.
Level 2 and Level 3 Training and Certification: The Training and Certification events for these higher level options will begin in January and will be in many sections of the country. We are aware that many of you are anxious to receive this certification and we will keep you posted on these details.

I hope you are all having a very happy holiday season and enjoying the festivities that come with this time of year. On behalf of the staff at Global Verge we wish you the very best holiday season ever.
I also want to make sure that I remind everyone that our phones at the Global Verge Corporate office will not be answered over the holidays until Monday, January 4. During this timeframe our staff will be working on getting the training finalized. They will also be sending out all remaining SIMs and phones so that anyone with a pending order will have it fulfilled over this holiday week.
We are getting our current inventory organized and are setting up our system so we can turn around phones and SIMs correctly and quickly.
Since we will not be answering phone calls this week, if you have issues that need to be addressed during this time please use the support ticket system.

NOTE: THE ABILITY TO PLACE AN ORDER FOR GLOBAL MOBILE 1 PRODUCTS HAS BEEN TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED FOR A FEW DAYS.
ACTIVATIONS AND RENEWAL ORDERS WILL STILL BE ACCEPTED
PLEASE READ THIS NOTIFICATION IN ITS ENTIRETY:
Prior to the holidays we announced that the staff at Corporate would be busy getting everything reorganized after the move of the Fulfillment Department to Lee’s Summit. We announced that during the holidays phones would not be answered so that emphasis could be placed on the shipment of the remaining phones and SIMs and we have shipped hundreds of orders during this time.
However, we now have our programmers designing and integrating a new easier to use ordering, activation, shipping and tracking system. This will allow better customer service as all orders will be automated, and the customer service reps, as well as the subscriber, will be able to view the processing and shipping of the order.
The set up of this process could take several days and we know the result will be a very streamlined process.
This suspension of the ordering process will allow us the time to get all current orders caught up and shipped. We do have about 2,000 orders still in process and we will continue to process these existing orders. .
We appreciate your patience and your loyalty and cannot stress enough how excited we are about everything that is ahead of us.

GM1 Update
All e-Associates:
As promised, we have been working very hard to revamp our GM1 Mobile offering for everyone to retail. In doing so we wanted to update you with our status.
1) Recently we stopped all ability for our e-Associates to purchase new plans. This does not affect people on existing plans previously purchased or re-ups .
2) We have informed everyone that if you have purchased a plan which includes large data or unlimited data and are not receiving these data levels, we will be mailing out checks for the difference and will adjust the commissions accordingly.
3) All replicated websites for GM1 will be taken down today allowing our programming team put up our new marketing pages and complete the vendor activations. We know everyone is very excited for the new pages and we are working very hard to get these new pages up so we can turn back on new purchasing of these products.
4) We have been receiving here at corporate, many emails from very kind e-Associates pointing out false and misleading information they are receiving via email, supposedly originating from wireless carriers. These emails have been confirmed to contain false information. Please disregard any and all information in these or any correspondence unless it specifically comes directly from corporate or is posted via the notification area in your back office.
We are very excited for our direction, new marketing pages, new phones and the entire future for this mobile offering.
